Sustainability Management System Self Assessment Performance Management Package

SABMiller - Multinational Brewer

The sustainable development team at SABMiller needed a way to manage and evaluate the performance of their individual breweries. M4C helped them specify and implement a flagship system known as 'SAM' Sustainability Assessment Matrix. SAM has been a huge success and continues to incorporate and generate new ideas.

This case study is featured on the CBI website in the category of "CBI member companies' innovative work in CSR" and SABMiller was highly commended for innovative reporting by the Ethical Corporation in 2010

 

DCERN Portal Communications in Development Website

Department for International Development (DfID) - UK Government Department

DfID needed a portal to store and share evidence and case studies related to the benefits of communications in development. M4C managed the whole process from conception through tendering to launch www.dcern.org

 

Carbon Footprint Campaign Web-based Awareness Campaign

Kingfisher - Multinational Retailer

Kingfisher wanted to engage their staff in their corporate responsibility activities, to accomplish this M4C designed an intranet based campaign to raise awareness of climate change among their staff and initiate changes in behaviour in a fun, light-hearted way.

M4C conducted a complete redesign of both the content and style of SPL's website to make it more eye-catching and user-friendly. We also redesigned their logo to fit with the new look and feel.
